Signing Up: The Initial Set-up
- Step 1: Enter your building information, as well as unit numbers.
- Step 2: That’s it... the initial set-up is complete! You can start adding your data to sqfty.
Basic Information
- Owner and Residents: You should enter contact information for your residents, monthly fees, parking stalls, etc.
- Meeting Minutes and Bylaws: You can also upload important documents.
- Financials: Start entering monthly revenue values from your units, along with expenses in the Accounting module.
Giving Access to Your Owners
- Once we have email addresses for your owners, we will generate passwords and send them their sign-in credentials.
- Based on preferences you select, sqfty will filter what information owners can view.
- Owners will be notified by email whenever you submit information regarding their unit, such as meeting minutes.
